1. License Grant

Upon purchasing PetroInk, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software on your personal devices (Mac, Windows, and Linux).

2. Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software. The serial key provided to you is for your personal use only.

3. Refunds

PetroInk is sold as a lifetime license without an automatic money-back guarantee. If something goes wrong with your purchase or activation, contact support and we will work with you case by case.

4. Updates and Support

Your one-time purchase includes all future updates to the major version you purchased. We provide email support on a best-effort basis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software.
